The Necessity Of Developing New Energies
The Necessity Of Developing New Energies
Albert Einstein once said: If mankind breaks out into the fourth world war, the weapons that people will use then can only be wooden sticks and stones.
Why did Einstein skip the world war ( III ) and speak directly of the world war ( IV)? If the third world war really breaks out, the biggest possibility is that the human civilization falls back to the stone age, then the fourth world war is a fight between primitive people.
Without the outbreak of World War III, the prospects for human civilization are more worrisome, due to new energy sources.
The development of human civilization is inseparable from the support of traditional energy sources such as oil and petroleum, and people even regard oil as the blood of industry. Since these traditional energy sources are non-renewable resources, they will be depleted sooner or later, so it is necessary for people to develop new energy sources to replace them before the resources are exhausted.
The development and progress of the world has long been inseparable from electricity, and with the improvement of modern residents' living standards, the demand for electricity around the world is still increasing. Some authorities predict that by 2030, 92% of the world's population is expected to use electricity, and by then 650 million people will not have access to electricity.
Therefore, it is necessary to develop new energy. In today's world energy mix, the energy we use is mainly oil, natural gas and coal, although in recent years with the continuous development of science and technology, new energy reserves have been discovered, but the use is also becoming larger and larger, they will eventually run out.
Fossil energy has huge carbon emissions, scientists have verified that greenhouse gases will continue to bring disasters to the earth and human environment, "carbon reduction" and "carbon neutrality" are gradually being understood and accepted. Compared with traditional energy, new energy is clean and has less pollutant emissions, and is a clean energy that can be coordinated with the earth's ecological environment. The development of new energy is of great significance, by adjusting the energy structure, reducing the proportion of fossil energy, and expanding the scale of use of new energy such as solar energy, wind energy, and tidal energy, so as to better achieve carbon emission reduction.
In addition, new energy can better solve the problem of electricity consumption, in some remote mountainous areas, islands and other places, long-distance power transmission is very difficult, but if through the construction of independent wind and solar power stations, you can solve the local electricity problem at a lower cost, do not need to consume fuel, do not need to be attended, more reliable and economical.
The industry plays an increasingly critical role in the global economy and energy mix, and solar energy remains the largest "employer" in the global renewable energy industry.
If human modern civilization loses the supply of electricity, the consequences will be unimaginable, so the current development of new energy is imperative and the only way.
